Real cinnamon rolls take hours. This version takes one tortilla.
Here’s the move. Spread soft butter on a flour tortilla. Cover it with cinnamon sugar. Roll it tight, then slice it into little pinwheels. Those are your rolls.
Line them in a pan. Brush with a little melted butter. Bake at 425 for about 8 to 10 minutes. The edges go crisp. The middle stays soft.
I made a batch late one night. The kitchen smelled like a bakery in ten minutes. Add a quick powdered-sugar drizzle and it tastes like the real thing... almost.
