ONE TORTILLA. NINE MINUTES.
CINNAMON ROLLS FROM YOUR AIR FRYER.
A tortilla becomes a warm cinnamon roll. No dough, no waiting.
Here’s the trick. Spread butter on a flour tortilla. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar right on top. Roll it up tight. Slice it into little pinwheels.
Line them in the air fryer. Nine minutes at 350. They puff up soft and golden. Add a quick glaze of powdered sugar and milk. I made a batch Sunday. Gone before they cooled.
Why does it work? Speed. A real cinnamon roll takes hours of rising. This skips all of it. Same cozy flavor, a fraction of the effort.
The secret is a tight roll. Tight rolls hold their spiral. Loose ones fall apart. In other words… roll it like you mean it. Then glaze warm.
