SKIP THE OVEN.
TIRAMISU IN TEN MINUTES.
Biscoff cookies, coffee, and cream. No baking, no fuss.
Here’s the plan. Dip Biscoff cookies in cooled coffee. Layer them in a little cup or jar. Add a scoop of whipped mascarpone on top.
Repeat the layers until the cup is full. Crush a cookie over the top. Chill it for an hour. That’s classic tiramisu, no eggs, no oven. I made four last night. Two survived till morning.
Why is it everywhere? It’s foolproof. Biscoff already tastes like spiced caramel. It does the hard work for you.
The one rule is a quick dip. In and out of the coffee. Soggy cookies fall apart. In other words… do not soak them. Then let it set cold.
